How do I change my preferred language?

For App Subscribers

Open the MessageSpring app.
Click on the Profile icon in the lower right.
Click on Settings.
Click on Change Language.
Click on Notifications.
Scroll through the list of languages and choose the one that is right for you.

For SMS Subscribers

Go to a recent message from MessageSpring in your inbox
Click on the link
When the web message opens, click on the 3 dots in the upper right
Select Manage your subscription and preferences
Update your preferences as needed

For Email Subscribers

Open any email delivered by MessageSpring
At the bottom of the email, click on the Manage your notification preferences link
Follow the steps above for SMS Subscribers
