How do I change my preferred language?

For App Subscribers

• Open the MessageSpring app.
• Click on the Profile icon in the lower right.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Change Language.
• Click on Notifications.
• Scroll through the list of languages and choose the one that is right for you.

For SMS Subscribers

• Go to a recent message from MessageSpring in your inbox
• Click on the link
• When the web message opens, click on the 3 dots in the upper right
• Select Manage your subscription and preferences
• Update your preferences as needed

For Email Subscribers

• Open any email delivered by MessageSpring
• At the bottom of the email, click on the Manage your notification preferences link
• Follow the steps above for SMS Subscribers
