Bug Fixes

Subscribers can now start a conversation through the initial/welcome message.
The selected channels were not saved for drafted messages. The selected channels will appear when users reopen the drafted messages.
The Compose Message preview dialogue showed an incorrect subscriber number for the “Translate to review” box. The subscriber number count is now showing correctly.
Users experiencing issues saving the phone number in the edit CRM page. The users can now save the phone number.
Users got an error message “Something went wrong” when adding subscribers to the topic. The issue has been fixed.
Delivery metrics for SMS show incorrectly. We only stamp the message as delivered for SMS when users open the link.
Users don't receive an Initial message once they subscribed to the place via widget and manual import. The issue has been fixed.
We have fixed the SMS spam/carrier block issues.
Android users can now sign in with a Facebook account.

Current Release / New and enhanced features

New design format to select languages has been updated across our platform
The message characters limit restriction warning UI has been improved. It’s now clearer for users to see when characters exceed the limit.
Users can now add and remove multiple subscribers from and to the topic.
Users can now cancel the Message Expiration feature from the dashboard timeline. Once canceled, the message will be considered as a General Message type (without expiration).
Users now have the ability to sort “last seen” on the CRM page.
Send a Message characters limit has been increased from 3,500 characters to 10,000 characters
