Setting Up Your Profile

Place Details
Every kind of account on the internet has a profile. MessageSpring is no different.

Please make sure that your profile is as complete as possible. This could impact whether people who see your profile in the MessageSpring app subscribe to you or not.

Both a logo and a description of 100 characters are required before you can use MessageSpring. Until these two elements are provide, people will not be able to discover you in the MessageSpring app.

Photo Gallery
Upload attractive photos to your profile. These will be used in the landing page described below.

Opening Hours
If your place is open only certain times of the day or certain days of the week, please list those hours here.

Landing Page
We provide a simple, free landing page for all of our customers. However, you need to turn it on with the "Show Landing Page" switch and set/confirm the URL. You can turn off the landing page at anytime.



The Subscribe button shown at the top right can be used to onboard subscribers. Once visitors to this landing page click on the Subscribe button, the popup below will be displayed. There, they can choose how they want to engage with you.
