  • An email address or country code & phone number is required.
  • All headers in the sample CSV file are required for import.
  • By default, SMS will take preference over Automated Call when both numbers are provided.

Audience's Unique ID (eg. membership number, student ID, customer account number) You can use letters, numbers, dashes (-), spaces ( ), and underscores (_).
