What if I create new topics after people subscribe?

This is not a problem. People can always change their topics preferences.

If you create new topics after people have already subscribed to your existing topics, they can always update their topics selection.

App Subscribers
Subscribers using the MessageSpring app can simply open your place profile in the app. Once there, they navigate to the Topics tab and update their selections.



Omnichannel (Email and SMS) Subscribers
Subscribers who've subscribed to you via email or SMS can update their topics selection by managing preferences in any of the recent messages they've sent.


After clicking on Manage Preferences, a page will be displayed where they can update how you interact with them.
