Why are subscribers limited to just one preferred communication channel?
We want to streamline the communications space between businesses and their stakeholders. Lots of channels between two entities makes things messy.
We will be adding backup channels soon. This allows us to deliver messages to those channels once we deem a message is not deliverable to any subscribers via their primary channels.
